With the aim of promoting and strengthening employee participation and reaffirming Beyond Technology’s social commitment to the community and the environment, we have a program called “B Projects.”
This initiative primarily aims to allow our beyonauts to actively participate in the selection and development of proposed projects, thus becoming leaders of these projects, supported by the social welfare department.
Past editions of the “B Projects” have been highly successful. For example, we achieved the installation of water filter systems in collaboration with Techo México and the sterilization of animals with Protectora Nacional de Animales.
What are B Projects?
They are designed to give all collaborators the opportunity to support a program or project from a specific foundation or association, or to create their own project that benefits the community.
