To promote and strengthen employee participation and reaffirm Beyond Technology’s social commitment to the community and environment, we have chosen March to launch the “B Projects” call.
This year, the twist is that the proposals must relate to ecosystem and/or environmental issues.
The main goal of this initiative is to allow our Beyonauts to actively participate in the selection and development of the proposed project, becoming leaders of it, with the support of the social welfare area.
Let’s remember that past editions of the “B Projects” have been very successful. For example, we achieved the installation of water filtration systems in collaboration with Techo México, the sterilization of animals with the National Animal Protector, and the Impulso Rosa project scheduled for June, benefiting women in the state of Hidalgo.
What are the B projects?
They were created to give all employees the opportunity to support a program or project of a specific foundation or association, or to carry out a project on their own that benefits the community.
How can you participate?
This year, the project should focus on the following themes:
*(These are not limiting as long as they focus on the environment and/or ecosystem).
By uploading a PDF document with the following information: project name and type, full name of the proposer.
A brief description of the project, which must include:
Example:
Project Name: “Madrinas y Padrinos”
Project Type: Social project focused on children from low-income families.
Project Leader Name: Juan Medina.
Project Description: Through the “Madrinas y Padrinos” project, we aim to provide breakfast for each child in Rural-Indigenous Areas, with a monthly amount of 100 PESOS during the 22-23 school cycle, benefiting directly 300 children over 4 months.
Total requested: 30,000.
Once the call is closed, the proposals will be submitted to the committee for consideration, where they will be evaluated, and the winning project will be determined. The winner will then be notified, followed by the rest of the employees.
